How to Return

- Share your order number and reason for return with photos if applicable
- We will provide the return address and instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item — return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the item was faulty
Refunds & Exchanges
- Exchange — We will send the replacement as soon as we receive the return
- Refund — Processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method
- COD orders — Refunds are issued via JazzCash/EasyPaisa or bank transfer
